Rob Kardashian has made no secret of his battle to tackle his weight gain.
But his binging took centre stage on Sunday night's Keeping Up With The Kardashians as his sister Kim decided to tackle his food addiction head on.
Concerned about his ballooning body she came to him, measuring tape in hand, to encourage him to lose weight.

Sisterly love? Kim encouraged Rob to pig out, then was disgusted when he took the bait

'I don't want to touch your wiener,' she said while sizing him up.

'Don't worry its by my knees anyways,' the Kardashian brother joked.

Kim clocked him at 241 pounds with a 45-inch waist, and told him he had 50 percent body fat.

'I'm not 50 percent body fat,' Rob snaps.

Later in the confessional he says: 'Obviously the numbers don't add up because she's a f***ing moron.'

Kim schedules a workout session with their family trainer Gunnar Petersen, but 8 am the next morning he's a no show.

'He set up 10 [appointments] and he made one,' Gunnar revealed.

Kim later brainstorms a strategy with her younger sister Khloe.

'At this point, reverse psychology,' said the former X Factor host.

'Maybe let Rob binge out a little. Put him in a room and give him fries and coke and pizza and get him so sick he doesn't want fast food anymore.'

Kim promptly orders Chinese food, pizza, and In-N-Out Burger telling him, 'I really needed a pregnant friend, and you eat like one.'

After accusing him of being a food addict he concedes and says, 'I can't wait to hit the gym tomorrow morning.'
