'The music industry is a big fat ugly cow': Tulisa Contostavlos' barbed comments reveal her desire to forget the X Factor
Tulisa Contostavlos has often been accused of milking her five minutes of fame.
So eyebrows are sure to be raised now it has been revealed that she refers to the music industry as a 'big fat ugly cow'.
The 24-year old made the claims to undercover reporters from The Sun who last week revealed the X Factor judge as being a drugs fixer.
The N-Dubz singer said: 'It's all a big game. I call the industry a big fat ugly cow.'
And her harsh words didn't stop there, with her role on X Factor also coming under fire.
'I'm kind of like almost gagging for an opportunity to go. I don't want to do that anymore - but I have a £6 million mortgage to pay,' The Sun reports.
When they made their secret recordings, Tulisa did not know that she would get her wish when she was booted off the panel to make way for Sharon Osbourne's return.
Friends of the troubled singer claim that she is barely eating or drinking, and is simply chain smoking and rocking herself back and forth.
But her estranged father, Plato, is sure that with the support of her family she'll pull through.
He said: 'I just want to get back in to her life. I'd just hug her and kiss her. That's why I'm doing this through the paper, to remind her that her dad is there, to reach out.'
Tulisa's grandparents are
currently living with him at his North London home, and he revealed that
they all found out about the charges while watching TV.
The effect on his parents, Tula, 88 and Spiros, 89, was devastating, with his mother becoming hysterical.
'She took a fit - a proper fit - a Greek fit, and they are the worst,' he revealed.
Meanwhile, The People claim that Tulisa was lured in to the sting by promises of new career in Bollywood.
They say that fake film executives wooed her with trips to America and promises that she could be a big star in the Bollywood industry.
A source told the paper: 'Tulisa says that they have played with her life. She's shocked, destroyed and devastated.
'It still hasn't sunk in. She feels like she has been completely set up and that what's happened has messed with her life.
'She was so excited about making the big annoucement, she even had the contract ready to sign.
'When she found out that there had never been a job all along last Saturday, she was devastated.'
Tulisa attended a police station ‘by appointment’ last Monday after allegedly being caught fixing the sale of £800 of cocaine in an undercover sting by the national newspaper.
Her arrest came after footage emerged that showed the singer reportedly boasting to journalists about how she could supply drugs through a dealer.
It was during this conversation at
Nobu restaurant in Mayfair, West London, the Young singer is alleged to
have claimed: ‘Half my phone book sells it. Of course I can get it for
you.
‘Half the guys I know are drug dealers. One’s a massive cocaine dealer. He’s my best friend. He’s a gangster – he’s my gangster.’
It is then claimed she put the reporters in contact with a friend, rapper Mike GLC, who then allegedly sold half an ounce of cocaine worth £800 to them at London’s Dorchester Hotel.
He was also arrested, questioned and bailed by police yesterday. The rapper described himself as ‘distraught’ and added: ‘It’s ruined my life. I’m not a drug dealer and I’ve never dealt drugs and I don’t have a record.’
